With your permission we display our elegant and distinctive For Sale board, designed to clearly convey our contact information and act as a 24-hour salesperson. We advertise in both the local daily newspapers (Norwich Evening News and Eastern Daily Press) and in the glossy Norfolk magazine. We subscribe to the internet property search engine rightmove.co.uk and our Pymm & Co website.
As estate agents we know the importance of location and have carefully selected the site for our Sales Head Office. Our Norwich office is in the heart of Norwich’s working community and opposite the popular John Lewis store and close to the Castle Mall shopping centre. Our office is open six days a week Mon-Fri 9am till 5.30pm and Sat 9am till 4pm.
To attract the largest possible audience of buyers when selling our property, Pymm & Co works hard to raise awareness of the services we offer, such as, advertising in magazines, A3 brochures, and participation in local events and sponsorship of other community activities such as the, Norwich rugby club, Marlingford Cricket Club, Costessey and Brundall village fetes, The Whizz Kidz charity, Minis festival and the Notre Dame basketball team all help to keep Pymm & Co in the public eye.
WHAT ARE YOUR CONTRACTURAL DETAILS?
Estate agent contracts and commission rates vary widely. It is important to choose an Estate Agency that works and invests wisely in the marketing media used to sell your property. Our promise of performance is backed with a high-value and low-risk contract. This means that if you do not get the service you deserve you are free to go elsewhere with only 30 days written notice (this is necessary to allow for pre-booked advertising).
Our commission rates are competitive and suitable to market conditions. We are not the cheapest agent in Norwich, nor are we the most expensive, however our terms are negotiable based on marketing strategy.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOMEONE MAKES AN OFFER ON MY PROPERTY?
Our Independent Advisors will be able to confirm when the buyers are in a position to proceed (this is known as substantiation). After a satisfactory offer has been agreed, confirmation is given to you and your legal representatives within 48 hours.
We truly believe that an estate agent’s job isn’t just to find you a buyer, it is also to guide your sale through to completion. It is crucial that we continue to liaise between all parties involved, giving regular feedback and updates until the completion of contracts is achieved.
