I have been working in estate agency in Norfolk for over 35 years and have been with Pymm & Co for more than 14 of those. I’ve known Steve Pymm personally for over 25 years—we first worked together back in the 1990s. I take great pride in working for Pymm & Co, a family-run business that upholds traditional values while embracing a modern work ethic. From a young age, my parents taught me the importance of treating others as you wish to be treated, a guiding principle that has contributed to my long and successful career in the industry. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, our son Farley, and our schnauzer, Elvis.

My career in Estate Agency began in 1996, I progressed to become the Manager of the country`s biggest estate agents Norwich branch. Having enjoyed many successful years I was hand picked to join Pymm & Co and brought with me much experience including the acquisition and re-sale of land and new home properties in particular. My determination to deliver the very best customer service along with my exemplary track record you are most definitely in safe hands.

Sales Negotiator
Amber has worked in estate agency since 2016, starting as a Saturday girl, where she found her love for the job. Amber enjoys helping customers through the process, ensuring she provides the best service. In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks and spending time with her family and friends.

Simon Nisbet
Senior Valuer
Having been a valuer in estate agency for over 27 years I took a five-year break until realising I missed the buzz of being part of a team. Joining Pymm & Co is a privilege, I have a vast knowledge of the property market and love meeting our vendors to give them accurate and professional advice to enable them to move on. I live in the countryside and enjoy walks with my family, the odd pint in my local and play hockey for Norwich Exiles.

Emma Craske-Grunstein
Senior Negotiator
Before joining Pymm & Co in 2009, I gained my experience and knowledge in Estate Agency from working within one of the largest independent property companies in Norwich. Now, with nearly 20 years’ experience within the local property market, I am extremely proud to be part of Pymm & Co Estate Agents. I love working within a busy and vibrant city office. My favourite part of the job is running a Sale through to the Completion stage and finally being able to meet our clients when they pick up their keys to their new home. In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis, cycling, cooking, and spending time with my friends and family, especially my little cat Tilly.

Jack Foulger-Wills
Negotiator
My career in estate agency started at Pymm & Co in the summer of 2023 as a trainee. My love and passion for the job has progressed and I have now become a negotiator. I am responsible for arranging and carrying out viewings, negotiating offers and guiding vendors through the selling process. In my spare time I am normally not too far from a football pitch, whether that’s playing or watching Norwich City.

Fiona Manser
Senior Administrator
I have worked within the Estate Agency industry as an Administrator for over 35 years. I joined Pymm & Co in 2010 and now hold the job title of Senior Administrator/Accounts within the vibrant and very busy Pymm & Co City centre office, where I ensure the smooth day to day running of the administration department. In my spare time I enjoying going to gigs, watching films, spending time with friends and family and going for walks.

Jerry Daws
Photographer/Videographer
Jerry Daws has been a Professional Photographer since 1996. He worked for a leading U.K.-based Picture Agency providing content for national newspapers and magazines, including The Guardian, The Independent, Sunday Times, Sunday Telegraph, FT, The Mail on Sunday, and their respective daily editions, including most tabloid newspapers. A selection of his photography has also been published in European and other publications worldwide.
In a more local setting, Jerry worked for the Eastern Daily Press (Archant) as a temporary post from 2010 to 2011.
Using his experience providing content for various national and international publications, Jerry moved towards producing client imaging for social media and other online content.
In 2020, Jerry began making short video content, and in 2022, he started making video property tours and photography for Pymm & Co, Estate Agents in Norwich.
