Once again I would like to say thank you for excellent service from Pymm and Co. On this occasion, I challenged you to sell my house really quickly, as I had my eye on a city centre repossession with another agent. Despite ultimately the brochure you produced was not needed, I should mention the quality of the photographs and presentation - which are at least a nice souvenir of the upgrade we gave our former home. However, you probably won't be surprised to hear that more than anything, I want to thank Rosie for taking ultimate responsibility for making this all happen. Having now experienced the flaws of buying from one of the national and sometimes more impersonal agents, I appreciate the way she works more than ever. First of all, Rosie negotiated and secured the sale of my house. Where I needed a particular kind of buyer for that reliable quick sale, my instincts were right that you might have someone in mind. However, it was Rosie's good advice, straight talking, and established relationships with both parties that made this possible. Certainly for me not a routine transaction, but being able to trust in Rosie so much facilitated that leap of faith. Secondly, Rosie acted for me in negotiating my purchase. This was very clever, as the saving I made on the purchase directly subsidised my selling price - which was essential to engage the buyer. So her method looked after two existing clients, and secured another sale for Pymm and Co? Thirdly, for the second time in two years, my 'must be quick' purchase dragged on for months due to other people's incompetence. Throughout the whole process, Rosie was the one who chased the other agent and different solicitors, whilst reassuring and keeping two clients in the loop. Without her, there would have been no sale and no purchase. Rosie has clearly earned great respect from colleagues outside of Pymm and Co, far and wide. Anyone can chase and try to negotiate outstanding matters, but only the few have the true engagement skills and gravitas to turn that into results. I'm so grateful that because of Rosie, I finally moved into my dream home. ? So thank you for everything, and please feel free to share my comments with other potential clients.

I wanted to say thank you for such a fantastic service from Pymm & Co. Everyone was spot-on from the moment I viewed Copenhagen Way, to when I eventually moved into the property last Friday.

The sales team gave me good advice helping to sell Adelaide Street in record time - and to the right buyers, at a higher price than any of us realistically expected. I appreciated the kind comments about the presentation of the house but feel the promotion, handling of viewings and negotiations was equally important.

Of particular note, I cannot praise Rosie Turley highly enough. She has been my rock for the past three months, keeping me sane where circumstances of my purchase must have made her life quite difficult. Rosie remained professional, pro-active and considerate at all times, and I have no doubt that without her constant care and candour to all relevant parties my purhase and sale may well have fallen through. I cannot imagine anyone better to be told by that you're suddenly not moving a few days before Christmas when you've just packed up your house, I think that says it all really.

I have been so well looked after by Andrew and Nico at Pymms of Brundall, such good valuable advice - I really had these lovely helpful experts on my side. They were so good, really. I don't know what I did to get such good luck having them for my agents - but actually it wasn't just luck - I chose them as carefully as I in my inexperienced way could. (They had so impressed me when I bought a house via them in the past, especially compared to my own terrible agents at the time.) I have seen some funny things going on in the world of buying and selling houses, and Andrew and Nico and the team were, I swear, beacons of light for me, guiding me through it all. While looking for new accommodation for the first time in over ten years which was a nervous and stressful situation, I dealt with a few local estate agents. Several of these companies seemed to ignore me and failed to reply to my questions and enquiries which was very frustrating - only one company seemed to act like they had my best interest as a tenant in mind.

Throughout the whole process, everyone I dealt with at Pymm & Co was incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. The main person I was dealing with was Grace and I couldn't have wished for a better agent to help guide me through the whole process. Sam, in property maintainence.was extremely efficient in obtaining permission for me to have a pet cat. My wife passed away recently and I was finding it difficult to accept this. My daughter-in-laws mother passed away last week and her cat, who she had had for ten years, from a kitten, would become homeless was a problem. The family could not take because they all had dogs. I was approached, as I lived alone, and I jumped at the chance. Unfortunate!y my tendency agreement did not allow pets. There was a deadline before the cat would have had to been put into a home. I contacted Sam at very short notice and she obtained permission for me to have the cat in the Nick of time. Sam was not only very efficient but showed that she CARED, which was very refreshing.

Selling our flat, which we had bought for cash as an investment property, was proving to be a challenge due to a clause in the lease which most mortgage companies don’t like. None of the Norwich estate agents we tried were able to find the right kind of buyer until we decided to try Pymm & Co. I met with Leon, who understood immediately what was needed, and within a week we had a cash buyer. However that was only the start of the story. The buyer’s solicitor was sending our solicitor questions that only required a look at the lease to answer; then it turned out the ‘cash’ buyer needed to realise some funds before they could exchange. Leon remained on top of this all the way through the tortuous four months it took to complete, with Emma taking over and maintaining the pressure on both buyer and solicitor while Leon was on holiday.

We’ve been buying and selling properties for more than 40 years, and have seen the way online sites like Rightmove and Zoopla have changed the market. Many estate agents now just sit back and wait for enquires, show prospective buyers around the property, send a follow-up e-mail and then wait for the ‘phone to ring with an offer which they simply pass on to the seller. It was so refreshing to find an estate agent who still operates in such a professional, proactive manner, negotiating an offer on our behalf (upwards!) and keeping on top of the entire process through to completion. For anyone, like us, who still expects a high standard of personal service, I wholeheartedly recommend Leon and the team at Pymm & Co. Thank you.
