For other prospective clients I’ve read this on other reviews and have a niggle over sloppy client care.
For the sale after 3 months no interest despite past offers. We emailed to discuss video or social push no reply only one call
In 3 months to say we could rejig the images. Already done price drop and had offers earlier in the year.
On the rental side nice guys but we had a viewing with admin errors on the days. I was asked to host so said yes
Emailed the office Am to check attendance as 3hr drive no reply, no one checks emails. 20 min after appointment I call office to chase.
They do call the viewer and goes to answer phone. Oh that happens a lot is the reply.
I can’t blame agent for no show but I can grumble I’m hosting you’ve not done any effort to check and validate

I would not recommend this agent to Landlords. Their processes are slow and communication is terrible, having to chase them multiple times for simple requests. Their bank of available tenants are also not great in my experience as they were not able to find anyone suitable after two months. Be warned; they also register the deposit with themselves as Landlord so you will not be authorised to manage the TDS/DPS deposit if you need to. Never had this issue with other agents! Look elsewhere.
